About Us

YCC believes that students today need to be ready for the rapid changes in technology, globalization, and workforce development. If students are to prosper and be fulfilled in their lives and careers, they need to be actively engaged in this process of life-long learning, skill proficiency, relationship building, financial awareness, cultural sensitivity, environmental respect, and team collaboration. In the 21st century, amidst rapid and sometimes even disruptive change, this is how work will be done, individuals will thrive, families will gain strength, and communities will prosper. Like it or not, though our roots may be local, our community reaches around the world.

Every person in the world community has the right to become the best that they can be. YCC understands the challenges and strives to support young people in achieving their dreams. We do this through a mix of innovative developmental approaches, customized for each individual, or for each group’s particular objectives.

We are committed to preparing our youth for the millennium and beyond.
